What This Privacy Policy Covers

This privacy policy covers the use of the web site located at www.giveawaycube.com and the services provided by GiveawayCube, including how GiveawayCube treats personal information that GiveawayCube collects and receives. Pursuant to GiveawayCube's Terms of Use, you must be 18 years and older to use this site or have permission from a legal guardian. Therefore, this policy makes no provision for individuals under 18 years old. This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that GiveawayCube does not own or control, or individuals that GiveawayCube does not employ or manage.

•                GiveawayCube will not sell or disclose your name or email address to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this privacy policy.

•                Your username, GiveawayCube ID or alias is displayed throughout GiveawayCube (and so available to the public) and is connected to all of your GiveawayCube activity.

•                GiveawayCube collects personal information when you register to use GiveawayCube services or to post content on GiveawayCube. At registration you are asked for your email address and certain other optional information.

Service-related Announcements

GiveawayCube will send you service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so.

You may not opt-out of service-related communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account by emailing support@giveawaycube.com from the email address you signed up with.

Administrative Messages

GiveawayCube may periodically email you with administrative messages. GiveawayCube will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your information may be combined with information GiveawayCube collects from other companies and used to improve and personalize services, content and advertising. If you don't wish to receive administrative messages or participate in these programs, simply opt-out by emailing support@giveawaycube.com.

Choice/Opt-out

If you no longer wish to receive administrative messages, you may opt-out by emailing support@giveawaycube.com. Please note that if you do not wish to receive administrative messages from us, those notices will still govern your use of the GiveawayCube website and service, and you are responsible for reviewing such notices for changes.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

GiveawayCube may be required to disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the GiveawayCube Terms of Use. Editing and Deleting Account Information

You can change your GiveawayCube Account Information (except your username), at any time. GvieawayCube may send you certain communications relating to the GiveawayCube service, such as service-related announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your GiveawayCube account. You can delete your GiveawayCube account by emailing support@giveawaycube.com. Please note that your identification and contact information may remain in GiveawayCube's records for some period.

GiveawayCube limits access to personal information about you to employees who GiveawayCube believes reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. Your GiveawayCube Account Information is password-protected.

If your personally identifiable information changes you may correct or update it by making the change on your GiveawayCube account page. You may delete or deactivate your account by emailing Customer Support at support@GiveawayCube.com. GiveawayCube will respond to your request within 10-20 business days.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. Your GiveawayCube account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to work to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer by signing off once you have finished using a shared computer.
